One of the purposes of the Team Shack blog is to keep our promoters updated as to what is going on in the world of our artists. We signed this band as After Eight awhile ago. This could be the first time that we actually signed a band that we had no knowledge about prior to them sending us an email on our site. Normally our signings are referrals from a label, manager, etc. So when the email came in, I listened to the music and was immediately blown away. Kevin and I flew to Tulsa to check them out and were in from day 1. They have since changed their name, signed to Tooth and Nail and have been on several tours, including the highly successful Green T Tour with Hawk Nelson and Run Kid Run. They will be on the Creation Tour with label mates Kutless and TFK, and Pillar this fall.
Evidently the reviewer in the above article doesn’t give many four star reviews, so kudos to the band! Their new release hit stores on July 8th and is currently on repeat on my iPod.
